Its okay to suffer for the sake of fashion in a pair of sky high Loubs, but I'm a fan of any trend that gives comfort. Flatforms give you added height and balance like no other shoe can. they've been all over runways for a while now. Pair with a short dress or distressed skinnies and you're good to go. That said, i'm still wondering if i can wear 'em!
